what we do

We place dogs with an appropriate minder for the duration you are away- your dog will stay in a family environment,  just as it would be at home.

Whilst staying with Dogs B&B there will be no other visiting dogs at the same time (unless we have discussed this with you beforehand and all parties are comfortable with the arrangement). We do not mass board dogs in family homes, we offer individualised care.

Please remember that whilst we have an experienced and dedicated team of dog lovers caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds, our minders DO NOT have veterinary qualifications and as such are unable to care for dogs recovering from surgery or infirm dogs suffering from disease or age related conditions. 

Dogs Bed and Breakfast was established to provide the best for most dogs and their owners - whether it be a stay of a day, a week, a month or a year. We are here to help.

Living  arrangements

Whilst staying with Dogs B&B your dog will live as it does in your home. Feel comforted knowing that your dog will live and sleep inside, be taken for a daily walk and receive lots of cuddles and attention - just like it would at home.

Security

For added security each dog is given a tag when they check in to their home stay. In the unlikely event that a dog become separated from its minder, this security tag has 24 hour emergency contact details.

Grooming

Does your dog need a daily brush?  No problem. We have dog minders that love to make a fuss of your dog. 

Walks

All visiting dogs are guaranteed at least one walk per day. This might be at the park, beach or around the block but will always be on the lead.

Companionship

Your dog will have companionship throughout the day if needed, and will not be left alone to fret and worry.

Regular Check-in

You are welcome to check in with your minder regularly for an update on your dog's welfare. Many minders will send you emails/texts to let you know how your fur-baby is settling in.
